Casa Mia Casa Tua is truly about convenience and flexibility when it comes to renting. They take care of everything for busy professionals like me. After three months, I can be on a month-to-month and I can leave whenever my travel or work plans are finalized.
Another great benefit is that I can try out living in the heart of the CBD; this was something I always wanted to do, but signing two year rental contracts "just to try it out" wasn't practical.
Casa Mia Casa Tua has been wonderful! Moving abroad can be intermediating but their commitment to truly offering friendly, convenient and flexible renting, has made starting off as an expat easy. The rooms are clean, stylish and you can quickly start to feel at home and settle in. If anything ever goes wrong or needs fixing they are always prompt and the contractors they hire are friendly too! Not having to worry about things at home, leaves more time for exploring and getting familiar with your new city 😊
